Terms & Conditions
Last updated August 2026. These terms apply to all NovaStack AI engagements.
Scope of work
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal listing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payments
Projects typically run on a 50% commencement payment and 50% on delivery. Larger engagements may be split into monthly milestones. Invoices are due within 7 days.
Timelines
Delivery estimates assume timely feedback and content from the client. Delays in approvals or materials shift the schedule accordingly.
Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of design revisions per deliverable. Additional rounds are billed at the agreed hourly rate.
Ownership
On receipt of final payment, full ownership of the delivered code, design files and accounts transfers to the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Support
Each package includes a defined post-launch support window. Ongoing care plans are available separately and renew monthly.
Liability
Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
